i've used clen...and it works, but so does some other fat burners on the market. Clen made me more hungry,edgy, and crazy..but i have lost weigh using hydroxycuts as well...so personally I wouldn't say that clen is better, also it is more expensive.
I really love glucosamine w/ msm but that is just because I have terrible knees, but it works. I also take flax seeds when I am about to start, because it "absorbs" some water and I don't feel as bloated. Vitamins!

Werd..have you tried some straighening products to put in before you start drying your hair? I use laminates gel by Sebastian and it works wonderfully. I live in super humind weather and it really helps, might want to try some. It makes your hair silky and smooth.
