Injecting is the only way to go with Fina. Any other method is just a waste of your time. Only a rookie would suggest not injecting it. There is no issue of not liking needles, it's just better to inject it. If you want to eat or rub things on yourself try a differnt @#$@##.

T-400 is a pain in the Ass. Not to mention it gives you flu like symptoms. I guess everybody is different, but I would have to say stay away from the t-400.

USP grade Benzyl Alcohol with a smidgen of benzyl benzoate is what I have been told. I buy the A kit with everything already included.

Start off by using 75 mg eod. Especially if it is your first fina cycle. After you see what that does you may want to increase to ed. Start slow so that you can find out exactly what ammount your body needs.
