What do I need to do to prevent strength losses'?

Clomid is the way to go!!!

I am under the impression... and moderators please correct me if I am wrong here... that after the last day of your juice cycle, you should begin clomid beginning at 100mg for the first 7 days and then down to 50mg for the last 7 days. However, don't take it for more than 14 days in total.

Depending on the brand you have, Tribulus would be very good to take AFTER you finish your doses of clomid. Tribulus works in a similiar way to clomid, just weaker, so it would be good to use that to step down off the clomid- my suggestion id two weeks on the tribulus and then you're done unless you want to continue some two on two off cycles of it- I love the stuff. The only brand that has ever worked for me is kilosports. You can PM me if you need the website.

im not to sure for winny.....but i know you take clomid 2 weeks after your last shot at 300mgs for that first day. Then follow 100mgs per day for the next 6 days. Then take 50mg everyday for the second week, and then 50mg every other day for the final week. Youll be golden

im no moderator but yup your wrong. the amount of time you should wait post-cycle to begin your clomid therapy differs from steroid to steroid, as esters are longer and shorter acting. clomid should be taken in a matter of days after using winny. and this is a matter of preference, but i prefer to go 3001d/50/50. works for me.
