First this is a strange question. To answer it i just challenged the wifey and she pulled it off. But i admit she had her briefs and her belt on to do it. I'm 5'10" at 250lbs and she's 5'6" at 150lbs. She may not be the best subject considering she squats in the 300's at meets.

I run 10 weekers then cruise on just test for 5 weeks. I've been blasting and cruising for 4yrs now. The first six yrs i did the old 8wks on 8wks off route. I'm 37 so coming off is just a waste at this point.
Due to my job i can't post as much as i'd like. But i can tell you this is THE board i spend my very limited time on. A big thank you to needto for all he has done.

Excellent post needto! You are the voice of knowledge on this board. I do something very similiar to this. Being a powerlifter i have to lift a certain amount of weight multiple times a year and this protocol works.
Remember, THE WEIGHTS DON'T LIE! proof enough for me.
Wet it across the shoulders and chest and use as much as possible to break it in. Also the more you tuck your elbows and bring lower on your chest will help you touch.
One more thing, use more weight !
