Yeah, 12 weeks - i'm chuffed with the result, just wanna put on some decent lean muscle. As i'm new to the game, on a decent 3000-4000 cal diet, what could I put on realistically by the end of the year? :confused:
Just finished a 12 week fat loss/lean muscle gain plan - down from 20% to 13.5% :D
