    Check out eBay. Sometimes pro models come up for auction and go at aorund $150 as opposed to $500. Look under Bruce Lee when you do your search. There was one for auction last week. They don't come up verey week though. Supposedly, Bruce Lee used one when he was sleeping! don't know how true...

    RE:push ups Same here.........i used to always touch the tip of my nose. I read somewhere that by looking foward, you can align your body better (as you say) so now i tend to do them that way. A couple of questions for you; do you vary the speed of your sets at all? sometimes i do them slowly...

    weak when it comes to doing pullups....

    RE: pullup strength There is a good article here on the subject of gaining strength for pull ups. http://www.cbass.com/pavel'sladders.htm I found that doing weighted pullups really helped me. Now, when i use just my bodyweight, i feel so light. Good luck.
