hey mates i have a friend who is the following :
1.80m height
95kg weight wants to drop to 80kg
he is 18 years old
he wants to use clen so im here asking is there anything better for him? if not then how should he dose it ?

tbh i only do calisthenics ( pull ups , dips , chin ups , muscle ups etc) and i wanna add some weight up i also do 5x5 squats with 150 lbs
i go to army in a few months and wanna be a beast physically
