I always cycle creatine. I will go 3 months on 1 month off. in order to keep the creatine levels in your muscles high you should be taking it everyday. Even off days. also on workout days take it before and after, not just after.

D-bol is awesome. the only thing about d-bol is that i can't run on it, my back seizes up and shit. When im on d-bol i have to find other ways to do cardio like hitting the heavy bag. my legs and back hurt too much to run.
