    Six pack!!!

    I do have a six pack, but only when I tense. Just when I don't tense you can barely see them and also my stomach looks bloated. I'm bulking at the moment so my guess is the amount of food I'm consuming every day.

    Ok I find this strange. I have a six pack but when I don't tense I have a big belly. Even when I don't tense I can still see the outline of my abs but not as clearly when tensing, obviously :P Is this to do with the amount I eat?

    Fiber intake!

    I eat around 30-35g of fiver each day. Most of my fiber comes from foods with high amout of carbs for example pasta, rice and brown bread. Is a high amount of fiber intake bad for bulking up? oh ya I'm trying to bulk up :)

    I've been doing weights for nearly a year now and still looking for the right routine. Can anybody help me with this?     Thanks lads. I can do all the workouts but the thing I find the hardest is the diet. I hate the taste of all veg and fruit but I try my best to eat as much as possible so it's kinda hard :/
