    I've been doing lighter weights/more reps to cut! Seems to be working although i haven't lost lbs but i can tell in the mirror. Is this common? If you're wondering, i do do some heavy as well. Heavy deads and squats 4 sets of 5 reps. Everything else is 3 sets of 12-15 Sent from my DROID X2...

    5x5 Intermediate Question!
