    burger lovers rejoice.. got bulk?

    I heard that after you have a heart attack from eating one of those they wheel you into the back and turn you into the next day's thickburger. Today's customer...tomorrow's thickburger... :) I could never eat one of those, bulking or not. What ever happened to clean bulking??

    Help on Diet!!!

    You can start by swapping the OJ for some oats. You can also eat other complex carbs like whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, etc. I always have rice or whole wheat pasta cooked and in the fridge ready to go. Make some up in advance when you have time.

    Time to SHRED!!

    With my metabolism, if I do that much low intensity cardio, I will definitely lose weight....but I'll be losing muscle mass along with the fat. Personally I would substitute at least some high intensity cardio in there to maintain lean body mass.
