    09-15-03 Weight - 231.5 --- OMG, talk about a total failure for weekend. Stayed up late both Friday and Saturday night, did not go to the store and ended up eating total crap and very infrequently. This weekend was the lesson of what not to do and I consider it a total waste.

    That's it for sure. I performed an experiment last night, I ate a bowl of spegetti a few hours before bed. I slept GREAT and I feel refreshed and full of energy today. I may modify the diet so that my last meal is P+C. So basically all meals pre-workout will be P+F and all meals after workout...

    09-11-03 Weight - 227.5 --- Had a horrible workout last night. I was totally drained. Felt like I was overtraining but I don't think that's it. I think it's the lack of carbs and low cals. I just have to adjust.

    09-09-03 Weight 228.5 --- Did real good yesterday. Workout was powerful. Had post workout shake (60p50c malto). Rest of the day was P+F. Had a hard time sleeping last night.

    09-08-03 Weight - 229 --- Fun Weekend = Horrible for my diet. Ate REALLY bad and drank beer both Friday and Saturday night (first time in months I have drank beer). Stayed up until around 6:00 Sunday morning, However I did sleep most of Sunday.
