I have never really dieted. I try to check the labels on the products that I buy. I guess I would like to know what I should be eating day to day. For example on a normal day I would eat 4 eggs for breakfast (If I eat breakfast). Lunch I would eat a cup of noodles or fast food. For dinner home...
