I just read the following article off www.anabolicreview.com it mentions the use of clenbuterol and Ephedrine as anticatabolics when coming off of a cycle. I believe this to be true for clenbuterol but what do you think about the use of Ephedrine as I have heard differing opinion

What % of ure bodyweight can u bench ? I was just wondering because if i compare myself to some one 20kg's heavier than me Im pretty weak but im sure if we work it out as a % of bodyweight the numbers wont look so different.
