Deadlifts are a must imo I train em every week on a pyrmaid scale 12*400 6-8*440 and then 4-6*480 normally add a fourth set called a challenge set pick a weight normally around 350 and rep out as many as u can until failure(good cardio workout)
going to the docs tomorrow for a complete blood works
what type of tests do I want the doc to conduct to make sure I am all right 8 weeks ago finished my second cycle any help would be appreciated
