I'm looking for a set of exercises that I can use to improve my posture (straighter back, wider shoulders, firmer midsection). Would squats help in this area or should I concentrate more on developing my ab and back muscles?
I'm just looking for honest feedback based on personal experience. I want people to just honestly state their opinion, it does'nt have to be racist or hateful.
Hopefully the mods won't take this as being mean but I'll start off by saying in my experience I've seen some things that have made me...
Re: Re: What's your thoughts on black people
Let's just call it research. Honestly this has nothing to do with racism, I'll explain after I see a few more posts.
This is not intended to be a racist thread or anything like that but I'm just curious about other people's viewpoint.
I'll reserve my own comments for later.
Thanks for the advice bros
Lee - My diet is very clean these days. I don't eat fried foods, sweets, and very little starchy foods and breads. I also avoid sodas and other sweetened drinks, in fact the only thing I drink is water with the exception of light beer which is usually only twice a...
About almost 4 weeks ago I started training again. I've been running in the morning before breakfast for about 20 minutes, alternating between walking, jogging and all out running. I've been doing that for approx. 4-5 times per week. I've also been lifting, I started off slowly only lifting once...
One last thing I 'm doing a slight variation of the Body For Life program and one of the requirements is that each meal should have a protein and carb. Can someone give me an opinion on that? Is that the best way to eat a meal?

meal 4: Myoplex shake
meal 5: 8-10z steak, green beans and 1 orange

Thanks again X, my wife and I are having a hard time finding meals with the right ratios. I think liquids will work great until we get our kitchen back.
I'm still without a kitchen for at least another 3 weeks and I'm thinking it would so much easier for me to do a liquid diet. Is it possible to do just consume liquids and still meet the requirements for a CKD?
What are some good places to look for healty shakes and drinks that wiil give me...
I'm justing getting started on the CKD as well, if you don't mind me asking exactly how much weight are you hoping to lose and how soon? I'd like to know how other people are doing on this diet.
I'm hoping to go from 285 to about 200 even within a few months. I used to bodybuild a few years ago...
