i just had back surgery for 2 herniated discs. go to the doc asap and get and MRI. your back is nothing to play around with, believe me.

after you pull the needle out, press a cotton ball on the area, then put a bandaid on it. i usually wait a few seconds then massage it gently. if it knots up the next day then apply the heating pad a massage it harder. if your injecting into the muscle you won't have to worry about gear coming...

did u take your time while giving the shot? was it your first shot?applying a heating pad and massaging it helps.

i had it the first 2 times i took tt cyp. each time it went away after 3 days.
