Maybe train legs every 3rd day, That extra day rest will make a big difference since legs take a while to recover. Improve your midsection in this time as well. Probably feel less of a burden since you can't train upper.
Wanting to start a new Cycle.
Last Cycle i did was Test E/Tren. I started to get back acne from the test.
Curious if there is another alternative for the Test?? I liked the results just not the acne.
Looks good man, Make sure you eat well before and really well afterwards. Any training is good so long as your endurance, speed and strength is improving.
I've been doing straight leg raises and crunches for 2 weeks and i've noticed a bit of a showing. When it starts to be more obvious i'll start with weighted exercises. Bulk up abit on them, then continue with big rep amounts to rip them up a little. Thoughts?
