Sennheiser twist fit ear phones... I run, w/o and do just about everything in them and never had them fall out. Best ear phones ever made! They even have wireless ones now, but a bit more than i would like to spend, when you can get wires ones for $60.00 and mine have lasted for 4 years now.
Tried those and no matter how tight i make them it does not do much for me. Even tried wrapping my wrist like boxers do and still does not help. Guess i am just screwed and can only do lighter weight with major repition. Frustrating as hell that Dr. can fix just about anything these days...
Long story short i shattered my wrist playing soccer roughly a year ago. I am just able to start working out again b/c of complications with my wrist, my scaphoid (i think that s what it is called) ended up dieing. So, with a F*&^%$# wrist like i have i am not able to do any barbell work...
I am curious of the diffrent training regimes for training to do 100 mile ultra marathon? I have done up to 50 mile races but never 100, and wanted to know if anyone has some training tips? thanks guys...
What i would do is walk/run as stated above, but just remeber since you are just trying to get back into running shape, while you are running you want to keep a pace that you feel you could hold a conversion with while running. The problem most people have when just trying to start running...
