Boxings my first and favorite sport, but I like basically ALL combat sports...boxing first, then MMA, then muay thai and BJJ. Have you done any submission stuff yet?
Haha, nice...hell yeah, I was probably in the best shape of my life back when we used to break all day.
I actually had a few too many cocktails Friday night and suddenly found myself windmilling on my buddies kitchen floor!
:lmao:
Hell, if you got a black belt in muay thai, then you're basically already a boxer! You just know how to add elbows, knees, and kicks to the mix...or was it more of a "traditional martial arts" type of muay thai??
You may as well fight MMA if you have Muay Thai and Wrestling skills. What college, or at least what division did you wrestle?
And BTW, I'm assuming this guy was similar in weight to you, and not full of shit about being good enough to go pro?
How do you manage 3 meals including meat and fruit/vege to only total out to 500 cals? Are we talking only a bite or two of meat and a few pieces of veg/fruit for each of those meals?
True, but his "real" reason was: "Barwis is happy to explain how milk is the best delivery system for casein and whey, the proteins your body needs after a workout. The chocolate syrup replenishes glucose." Just in case you missed that part.
