Try this
Seems like a real weightloss program for real men.
This is a smart thing to do with power (as in intensity v.s volume)

Worked well for me. Just don't get carried away, that is, during your 2 days of good eating, don't eat up all those calories you just tried to get off.
Train your left arm first with a given weight, count the reps, do not exceed the reps on that weight with your right arm.
Focus on 100% technique, focus on getting a pump into the arm.
Do single handed tricep overhead extensions with a dumbell.
I like to think about my legs like I think about my trunk, squat day, deadlift day, bench day and a back day.
Dead and back have to be a bit between tho since deads hit the back pretty well.
Lol, well what I'm thinking is that perhaps you are hoping for the protein to get digested with that high-gi drink you drank but you forgot to chew your damn dinner so the body has to produce alot of acids down in your stomach to digest the protein but only half of it will be digested while you...
Are there any studies on the effects of chewing your food properly before swallowing?
I have this hunch that badly chewed food causes bad
digestion and in effect degrades your nutritional performance.
What's your take on this, people?
Also I'd like to mention what Ian King heavily stresses, rep ranges depend on your training age!
So you have to start by determining for how long you've been training, and what's the base norm rep range for a given muscle group, and THEN up it.
However, using concepts such as "I've trained for...
Eating red meat can have positive effects on your test.
Besides, the concepts "red meat"/"white meat" are mostly created by "animal lovers" and vegan/veggies.
There's nothing like a big fat red steak with roasted eggs in the morning (just don't eat any carbs the next 3 hours)
Yeah, I've had those. The muscle just gets jumpy!
Very weird, but I wonder wether it's an indicator of anabolic or catabolic activity, any info welcome on that!
PS: It's funny when your inner thighs get jumpy :)
Eating this much protein seems only to make sense if you are very inefficient at creating the right insulin spike for your body to load proteins.
Or if you are doing a good steriod cycle.
For instance when eating soup, hamburger, pizza, or other foods that you can't dissamble or weight, how do you figure out the approximate value?
A slice of pizza is relative to what you put on it for instance, and to how much it weights.
Any good tricks welcome.
I might eat a hamburger or a pizza. But only high quality hamburger or a pizza. Very fresh, really good materials.
And I would eat it after training.
Also, try not to drink at all, atleast while cuttin', helps you so much.
