    Train your left arm first with a given weight, count the reps, do not exceed the reps on that weight with your right arm. Focus on 100% technique, focus on getting a pump into the arm. Do single handed tricep overhead extensions with a dumbell.

    Eating this much protein seems only to make sense if you are very inefficient at creating the right insulin spike for your body to load proteins. Or if you are doing a good steriod cycle.

    I might eat a hamburger or a pizza. But only high quality hamburger or a pizza. Very fresh, really good materials. And I would eat it after training. Also, try not to drink at all, atleast while cuttin', helps you so much.
