    Marla Duncan has been a vegetarian for years and in my opininon she looks great. BUT you gotta be awre of what vegetable you must eat thatare good for you. Lentils, peas beans etc ......;all high in protein. Of course you won't get any benefits by eating lettuce all day!;)

    Did you read the book? You don't limit the fat on Atkins , it is actually the basis of the diet and Crum's diet basis is Protein. 2g Prot /pound Bodyweight is NOT a keto or I've been missing a lot. Keto= 85% FAT 15% prot 6 day like this and one day High carb not fat (for CKD)
