    I am 6'2" 225, trying to lose body fat, I am trying to stick to a body for life type program because it is something I know I can stick to in the long term, I have been taking Myoplex shakes with Skim Milk, is this combination going to hinder my body fat loss? Anyone have experience with this?

    Ok, this is a very stupid question, but how do I measure body fat? I dont have a caliper, and from what i have seen it looks like its about $50 for a cheap one, so i there any other way?
