safety squat bar 425-3 450-3 all good depth(ALL RAW just belt NO WRAPS OR SUITS)prior...
my max squat in a meet is 400 pounds....i got 440 easy but wasnt deep enough.....im continueing to watch the west side seminar .....all 4 tapes:) so we will see how things go....
i see on the tapes westside does a 4 day thing
monday max effort squat(just not sure details)

dynamic squat day(dual quad no straps)
i used a low box 6 sets of 2 with 1/2 mini
then 6 x 2 adding another mini with same bar weight
am i doing this rite???any suggestions?and what else should i include in there?
