    Protein Powder question

    is it bad to leave it in a liquid for a prolonged time? im guessing no but wasnt sure, i know creatine isnt something you want left in liquid for a long time, just havent heard anything about protein. I was thinking of mixing it before work in milk and throwing it in the fridge there
