I was in an arguement with my DAD......I say you can lift 45min to 1 1/2hr and do a workout (ie- like DC style) and get big, cut, ...basicly the rusults you want. My dad says no, atleast 4-5 hrs in the gym...he says thats the way pro body builders have to do it to get big. Im like ok old...

im coaching a camp for 5th through 8th graders. About 30 kids are attending at each session. I was wondering if anyone knew any fun games they could all participate at the same time as sort of like a fun way to warm up before i get them into seperate groups for drills and scrimaging?

a friend and i were discussing a heathly intake of protien (total grams per) to have no serious side effects (like on your kidneys)? LIke have 2 protien shakes a day (pre- and post workout) lets say consisting of around 30-40g of protien per serving, is that ok (heathy for your body? your kidneys?)
