I'm looking for a good workout that helps with gaining mass. Here's my current workout routine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Mon. - Heavy Chest
Tues. - Bis/Tris
Wed. - Off
Thurs. - Back, Shoulders
Fri.- Light Chest/Bis/Tris
Sat. - Off
Sun.- Legs
My cycle is sustanon at 500mgs a week. I have some arimidex to help prevent gyno and such but am unsure as to how much i should take while im on my cycle. Ive heard anywhere from .25mg eod to .5 ed. What would be the best dosage to?
Thanks for the input guys. A guy i've talked to at the local gym said something bout finding some clomid and nolvadex? I've done some research on each and some say just take clomid, some say take just nolva, and some say they're good to take together? Would these be a good choice for a pct?
