yea this is all great info guys and i appreciate it....im gonna go check out crossfit....but to start i will probably just add more cardio and work in push ups between sets of my normal work out... i will lift a little less weight and push for more reps....

go tanning i had real bad ones by my arms and they went away.....just because u are tan dont mean u cant hop in a tanning bed......get some good lotion and hop in a tanning bed and they should begin to fade.... stretch marks are tough to get rid of....

is there any products that are good for location fat loss...i just have a few areas that i would like to tighten up that i feel will never go away....just wondering if a target topicle fat loss cream would help?
