Ousch, I´m preety weak here! Can only press 200-210 pounds behind the neck! Dumbbells have i done 90 pounds for 6 reps.

6"1 weighs 250-260 in the beginninh of my bulking cycle. Benches about 400 pounds have done 320 for 6 reps natural (almost:) Probably gonna bench about 450 in the end of the cycle. But I very rarely bench, prefer dumbbels.

Actually I didnt feel anything than a slight discomfort when it broke the skin! The needles was real good, cant understand why i have been such a moron before. But that´s life? Feels real good though to have broken the "ice"!
