    definitely warmup longer before the heavy stuff and pay attention to the warning signs of burnout, or overtraining as they now call it, and give recovery more time to kick in.

    For me, close-grip chin-ups (w/ palms facing me) KRANK my inner biceps head. But I need to target the outer head, if possible...what about incline dumbell curls?
