Cycle : test + tren + drol + t3 maybe some winny last 6 weeks
My TDEE = 3200-3300
I calculate cals and diet will be:
Day1: 3560cals (2.5g carbs - 1.5g pro - 0.2g fats)
Day2: 2850cals (1.5g carbs - 1.5g pro - 0.3g fats )
Day3 (off): 2300cals (0.5g carbs - 1.5g...
age: 28
weight: 193.6lbs
height: 6'0
bf: 15-16%
my goal: add more mass and drop bodyfat to 8-10%
this my 4th cycle
1-14 test e 500mg
1-8 tren ace 100mg
1-4 dbol 40mg
4-10 t3 50mcg
how to be my diet and cardio to achieve my goal ? (my TDEE is 3041 cals/day)

so if i run deca, does 300mg fine or pump to 350-400 ?
my maximum dose of t3 will be 75mcg, does it fine for not loss muscles or reduce it to 50mcg ?
My goal:
first 12 weeks bulking to add lean mass and make a big change in my body
last 6 weeks cutting to drop the BF to 8-10%
i think pct will be:
nolvadex: 40/40/20/20
clomid: 100/100/50/50
hcg: from beginning of cycle 250iu 2x week
adex: 0.25 eod
caber: recommend the dose for me ?
