I am doing the Intermediate 5x5 and it calls for 90* BB Rows and I have a couple questions:
1. I had some gym monkey come up to me the other day telling me that my grip should be wider than shoulder width to target the lats better. Is there a standard grip width for this exercise?

Thanks for the reply.
I am doing Olympic squats (ass to ground, right?), but am also looking for a general gym shoe. I know vanity should be the last of my concerns in the gym, but I am not that keen on the look of the Chuck Taylors.
Do you think the Adidas shoe you mentions above, or the...
I keep reading about the Converse Chuck Taylors and was wondering if there are any other brands that might be just as functional?

I havnt had a chance to read your entire journal, but it looks like you didn't microload the weights.
Did you find this a problem at all where rounding presented more weight that you were ready for? Thanks buddy.
I am new to the 5x5 as well and was wondering why you prefer the smaller jumps?
If I read Madcow's description of Set Interval, he suggested that a smaller % is more likely to fatigue too soon. Your thoughts?
I am doing the Intermediate 5x5 for personal growth. However, fat gain and metabolism aside, cardiovascular health is the main reason why I need to do some cardio.
How have you guys/gals fit in your cardio on the 5x5?
Squatting three times a week is definitely new to me. I don't want cardio to hinder my performance in the gym or with recovery. Any suggestions of how to make this work?
