You can customize the hell out of Joomla. A little ass pain to get up to speed in the beginning - if you've never used a cms before, but it isn't too bad.

I would with the caveat that your hosting provider supports it. I'm assuming you are running in a share hosting solution, versus a co-lo. Joomla runs on apache, php, and mysql - on win boxes the permissions can be a pain in the ass if your provider isn't setup to handle the packages. If you...
