I dont think A. Silva is in the top 5 in the 205 class. I would like to see him go there and fight some of the top 205's and see how well he does. That weight class is stacked! When he knocked out Irvin it was no big deal cause that dude wasnt in the top 15 LHW's. It would be interesting for sure.

Yep, it gets really frustrating when someone with less strenth than you ties you in a knot after you gas. Im just now getting to where I can control my tempo and last. I really like it though. Which school you out of? Im with Gracie Ju-Jitsu of West Monroe, La.
I think Chuck can still be in the top of the ranks if he will train. Thats his problem, you can look at the man and see he is not training. I think he lost his hunger and once thats gone you have to get it back or your out. (Mike Tyson, Roy Jones jr., etc.)
I did this cycle and I liked it. I didn't do as much Deca as the other guy. Deca/300mg a week and Stanz/50mg. a day. Not a big gainer, put on about 8lbs. but it was very lean. Like everything else it will differ from person to person.
Put what you need in a Clear eyes bottle and screw the cap on tight. Just throw it in your shaving kit with your other stuff and forget about it. You'll make it.
