    He's obviously not eating enough. I wouldn't even cut on that. And why the hell is he eating soup???? Tell him to eat lots of wheat bread, milk, cheese, and meat. The weight will come, and if hes lifting, he shouldn't get a "belly".

    Drink Milk!!! I started out lifting at 118lbs, 8 months ago. I am now 148lbs, and can still see abs. Man, I drink atleast 1 1/2 quarts of milk a day. Usually skim or 2%. Im my opinion its what helped me mass up so quickly.

    No man, i was seriously just wondering if they were safe for me or not. I DO ALOT of work. I lift 5 days a week, and keep my nutrition in check. I was just wondering if these things were a safe "boost". Thanks for being honest though guys. I'm definitly not taking them if there that bad. Thanks
