Ok...This is my fifth day.....I have GAINED 3.5 pounds!!!!! yesterday, I was up to 5 pills....it still hasnt done anything for me...but I thought this morning that I had enough in my system to take some without food...its very difficult for me to EAT something at 5am...so I took just one..but...

I'm NOT doing a low carb diet.....BUT.....the nausea was so bad that I ate a turkey and cheese sandwich and PRAYED it would stay down... I feel SO much better now... Im thinking perhaps I need to eat more than just a Little in order to keep this stuff inside? Hopefully its still...
