it's my first cutting cycle...would just like to drop a little BF, diet and training are in check, and I'll be doing HIIT training 3 times a week, Ive never had experience with xenadrine before, but needless to say, i picked some up for a little boost... I just need to know what times to take them, do i follow the guidelines on the bottle? 2 before breakfast, and 2 later in the afternoon? or is there a better time? I'm 6'0 190 btw, lift around 4-5pm on a 4 day split. HIIT will also be mid-afternoon.
 
ID start at a lower dose than that to get used to it. Id take 1 before cardio in the morning and 1 with lunch. Assess your tolerance and up the dose as needed.
 
I take 2 in the morning upon rising...and 2 in the afternoon...around 3ish... If I wait longer than after 3..I cant sleep.
 
try popping 1 in am upon waking, and 1 30min before each meal and before cardio - and none after 5pm, youll rip it up in not time, get a tolerance built up first though - i used that method for a month and got great results, no sides, and no sleepless nights
 
tbone....so say i take 1 when i wake up, i eat at 10:30 next, so take one then, then i eat at 1, so take one then....then i lift, one before then, and then 1 before cardio too? so 5 in one day....also i have to clarify, we're taking ephed free xen...what did you use?
 
i use charge by labrada / ripped fuel / and xenadrine all with ephedrine in them - sometimes i will take a week or 2 off from them and use NYC....but yeah, ill take 1 in the am, before first meal, 1 before meal #2, 1 before meal #3, 1 before meal #4, then before my workout which will usually be workout and cardio, i wouldnt take 1 and workout, and 1 and do cardio back to back, youll get enough out of the one prior to the start of your excercise...i would also take them with L-Carn, and if you are going to consume carbs with the meal, throw in some R-ALA, thats one of the best cutting stacks
 
hmmm..i cant afford all that ;) i'll just have to stick to normal xen and hiit and a good diet..and stick to it longer than i would with that stack.
