    Really?! That's amazing! What's the logic behind the reduction in training? Obviously training is stimuli for growth, which occurs during rest periods, but do you adequately hit each muscle group in 3 days?

    Ok, nothing you'd change/ add? I also throw in cardio 3x per week for 15 mins on the treadmill at 15% incline at 5.5kmh... Usually 45-50 mins tops!
