this is for the guys in the gym putting too much weight on the bar trying to impress someone not worrying about form, or isolation, or keeping their back on the dam bench
I don't really ever do push-ups I just weight train. My last PT(Physical Training ) Test which I took in APR I got 104 push ups in 2 minutes which is way beyond what they ask for. My age group max is 75 so I crushed that. My routine for chest is pretty much 4 warm ups sets and then 1 Heavy work...
