Leg extensions are hell on the knees, next I would say is lunges.. I have good results working my legs by doing deads and can get more of a squat type hit by doing deads with the trap bar or using dumbells.. weighted stepups don't seem to be much of a problem.. don't forget to work your calves...

several orders no problems
$200-$300 orders of oils or tabs no problems.. pre 9/11 was 8-9 day, post 9/11 2 weeks.. get a couple of crushed tabs here and there but also get extras so it balances out just fine..

These guys sound like some of the numbnut trainers at my gym.. The only way to handle them is to smile at them and ignore them.. just sit there smiling while they run their mouths.. then start your next set while they are still talking..

I think Perry is on to something.. I've been doing a little research on this subject.. to many incidents of shoulder problems recurring after this surgery.. ART is something I'd look into before opting for surgery..
