I just started sustain alpha today. And after reading this thread a few days ago though i would put my last pump on the tiny speed bag. Nothing hapened other than a feeling like i just rub on some bengay.

I remember using HMB when it first came out over 10 years ago. I used it with DHEA (early 20's). I remember having good gains. But will say it could have been a good placebo effect. These days I can't justify the price.

I hear ya on that. I'm like that even if i'm NOT on cycle.

I'm using 6-oxo extreme right now and would rate it as excellent.

I've tried it both ways in the past and didn't notice a significant difference either way. So I would say no and let it last longer.

Interesting. My wife and I was just talking about the strong after taste this flavor has. We're not too fond of it. We can't get enough of ATW vanilla though.

I may have been away from the supplement side of fitness but when did EAS start putting out weak products? Back in the day everybody was praising them.

ATW protein no matter what flav is the best. Muscle Milk cookies n cream is just as good.

I've only had 1 problem so far out of the maybe 10 times i've ordered from them. But that 1 time was terrible. Took almost a month after about 7 calls to get them to ship it. Only reason I come back is their powders taste the BEST of all the ones I've tried.

You're obviously very sensitive to stimulants. Take the first dose only. Is the second one that important to you or would you rather have a good night sleep and grow? Just a thought.
