I work from 9:30 – 7:30 on most days. I plan on doing one workout about 6:00 a.m. and again at 8:00 p.m. My gym is really busy from about 4:30 p.m. until about 9:00 p.m. so cardio would be easiest at that time since I won’t have to wait for equipment. Which option would yield the best results...

My GNC stopped doing it last week. I just got my Pro Complex today from UPS. I won't buy anything else from GNC since they stopped matching prices for this.

The GNC near me use to do that but now they won't match internet prices anymore. They don't consider internet companies local vendors. I just ordered some Pro Complex the other day from muscledepot.com for $33.99 for 4.4lbs.
