    thoughts second cycle

    add EQ, it'll probably be 50mg/ml, so just do 1ml ed (it lasts about 7 weeks) that's what i did for my second cycle,with the sust (it was duratest actually) and i did pretty well with it. though i don't think i ate enough. get some clomid as well, obviously. best of luck.

    up the laurabolin to 400mgs (it's the same as deca basically) my first cycle was a deca only cycle, i gained something like 12 lbs or so, but my diet was not as on point as it should have been. and start the clomid about 3 weeks are the alst shot of laurabolin.

    Help

    i would add some leg extensions and leg curls for quads and hams. i would also recommend moving bi's to monday with chest so that you can focus on just your legs for the entire session. that's what i would do.

    start your chest workout with incline cable flyes, that has really helped me lately, and my chest just has refused to fuckin grow, but this is helping.

    it depends. you could try doing stiff-legged deadlifts for hams one week with legs and the following doing regular deadlifts for back, and alternate as such. my brother however, does both types in one week. it depends when you train the two. either way, make sure you do at least one of them...
