Have your boys shrunk any during this 10wks? Nolva should always be included in PCT..IMO.

What's you BF% now? Age? You really should be on a regular routine to be ready for a cycle. Not kinda w/out,and hope that a "cycle" will help reach your goals. Im with solidspine. Its all based on the diet and cardio.Sure..Deca holds water,but that doesnt mean that you have to hang onto it...

Get used to feeling yourself up there ;) ..it will only help in the long run :D
