I lift in IPF comps. Have been tested numerous times while useing Tribulas but only ever take approx 750mgs per day. I have heard of people testing positive useing pro-hormones etc so give that shit a miss. I have used ZMA also and havent had any problems which could mean the supps dont work...

Nothing wrong with those mate. Medium stance power squat! If you want to be more upright,just have the bar higher and break at the knees first eg BB style or OLY style. Good work anyway.
My choice would be big O.D Wilson. He was a powerlifter par excellence. His strongman comps where impressive too. He wasnt the best runner,but could do some of the loading events very well.He squatted over a grand and deadlifted over 900lbs,benched well over mid 600 no shirt!Mike Miller...
Another deep squat. The depth rules for IPF in our country are the top of the thigh where it joins the body must be visibly lower than the top of the knee. Im bloody shore alot of people here think when their hamy's are parallel to the floor its a real deep squat!!!!!!!
Flairs the legs to get into the hole, (which he would do to catch the weight on the clean)thats a hell of a deep squat. Not like some of these half squats and 3" above parallel squat I see on most of the links.
