I'm a football player and i need a workout plan so i can be a better football player. im lookin for more strength and speed, and maybe cut down a little. i lift now but i have no workout plan, so i just do random things on different days. so does anyone have a workout plan that i can use?

i bought some d-bol capsules and was wondering if these are fake or not. dont have no pictures but i'll describe the best i can. they are pink, round, a little smaller than a dime but not by much, there thicker than a dime, about two dimes put together, and i got them from zoe labs. appreciate it.

Do all d-bol have to look like hexigons with a dragon or a snake on the other side. if not give me some ideas what they look like.
