    Definately the flax... milk before bed is a sure way to put on fat due to the high GI carbs.

    Back: Pullups Chest: Low Incline Bench Shoulders: Push Press or strict OHP (can't really decide) Arms: BB Curls and skullcrushers Legs: Any squat variation. If I had to pick a favorite overall exercise, it would definately be the clean and press.

    VOTE: AM or PM workouts

    Usually midday during my lunch "hour" (more like 90mins in my case). There's no crowd (they all go in the morning or lat afternoon at my gym), it breaks up the work day and allows me to get 3 good meals in before I go.

    Height = 6'1 Weight = 193 (<10% bf) Goal = Bulk up WO Day Cals = ~3300 Off Day Cals = ~3000 Just started bulking this week, so I'm going to increase the cals by 250 every week till I get up to 4300(WO) and 4000(non WO) cals.

    Post Cardio Questions

    Immediately after your cardio, have a shake consisting of dextrose, maltodextrin and some hydrolysed protien (WPI is OK if you don't have the hydrolysed stuff). About 30-45 mins after the shake, have your normal breakfast.

    What weight were you before you began lifting?

    I was about 136lbs at 6'1 when I started lifting about 7 years ago when I was 21 cause I was tired of looking like a broom stick. Got up to 215-220lbs at low BF in 5 years before a 2 year layoff. Started lifting seriously again this year at a FAT 207.

    Definately do not stop lifting (where did you get the idea that you should stop?). You want to keep as much muscle as possible when cutting and lifting weights burns calories anyway. As others have said, diet is key.
