    I hear you all here...I live in nike shorts and tanktops...but I do wear jeans/pants to teach school...been having trouble finding jeans that fit...I usually end up buying guys jeans but I don't like how big they are from the knee down...anyone found any good fitting jeans??

    Here's the oatmeal/eggwhite pancakes from the muscle food board: 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup cottage cheese 5 egg whites 1 tsp. vanilla cinnamon to taste splenda Mix together in blender Makes 4 medium pancakes 335 calories, 36 g. protein, 32 g. carbs, 4.5 g. fat

    What about when staying with other people who want to cook for you? I have just had to tell them I only eat certain things and don't want to offend them, but I brought my own food. Do other do this as well or do you have any other suggestions?

    They are weak in development/leaness. I'm not sure what my bodyfat is now, back then I got down to 12%. I really try to stay off the scales and go more by how my clothes are feeling, which at this time are tight, some of my jeans I can't wear, it looks as if I have started to develop some...
