5 days is to much. Also, volume seems a little excessive. Check out the stickies at the top of this forum. Train 3 days a week with one of those and let your body rest.......
After researching L-arginine, I decided to give it a try. Seems to be a number of studies that support taking it. I am a little concerned with the sides some have experienced with other sups.
I am curious, are their any over the counter supplements that actually work at enhancing sex? I am not looking to make my unit larger, just something along the lines of a viagra substitute.....
Here is what you need:
1. Power Rack - 200 to 350
2. Adjustable Bench - 100 to 200
3. Set of Olympic Weights - 600 lbs - 300
That is it. Throw in some dumbells and you are set - I have a set of powerblocks. Look for used stuff on craigslist.
