yeah about skull crushers, tried em once got the biggest burn and my tri's were sore for about 3 days.... ever since i tried them that day i've been doing them but have never felt that same burn that i experienced, i think it's because i'm "cheating"... i can feel the resistance in my triceps...
after you get the gym membership, lose the every night routine... unless you train different bodyparts on consecutive nights, your muscles won't have sufficient time to rest and grow, but hit them very hard when training them of course. If you want size then i'd suggest losing the 20-40 reps...
